What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

If client hires us for mothly cleaning at a standard cleaning, but you need to know that monthly cleaning ends up being a deep cleaning, so if the house is very dirty with a lot of dust , the batromm is very dirty we will explain. even so after explaing that he wants a basic cleaning , we willdo it , but it will not be as good like a deep cleaning.
