We do require a down payment for first time customers which comes off at the end of your first cleaning. It’s typically 50% of your estimate. PRICES: $100/hour for the first cleaning and for once a month cleanings. (Once a month becomes a fixed price after initial cleaning.) $90/hour for every two weeks (set price after first cleaning.) $125/hour for staging or move in/move out cleans. Due to high demand, the Kleinert Cleaners can ONLY take on regulars at this time. We will be focusing on our specialty, which is high end/luxury homes. We have a couple spaces left for smaller to medium sized luxury condos and homes. We do NOT have time for one off cleanings at this time. Thank you for your understanding. Our base pricing list is in the photo gallery. Discounts for 2+ cleanings a month. We always try to work with all budgets within reason. We want to make everyone feel the joy of a clean home!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My husband and I have always felt that having an organized and clean home is a big key to having a great day! We have worked together for several years at a small family business and we decided that we wanted a small business of our own that we are passionate about. We love making our customers smile and take a weight off of their backs every time we are done.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked on projects as small as a studio apartment and as large as 6 thousand square feet. We do weekly cleanings as well as move in/move out feats! Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love a challenge! One of our recent projects that we pride ourselves on was getting a gorgeous and very large home, that hadn’t been cleaned in a while back into like-new condition for a photo shoot! It’s amazing to see the look on people’s faces when they see how much pride we took in their home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you hire someone or a company that truly cares about your home or business as much as their own. Talk to them on the phone so you know how they communicate and if possible meet in person. Ask questions !

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask if a company is sending the crew you paid for or are they sending an employee/s. How long have those employees been cleaning? While there are amazing trained cleaners out there, no one will take care of your home like the people who have their lives invested in the company. That’s why The Kleinert Cleaners never send an outside crew. We are meticulous to a fault and never leave until you are satisfied. Ask about hidden costs and make sure you know exactly what is included with an estimate.
