What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

the pricing is usually based on the size of the house and frequency of cleaning. once we agree on the price i will never add any hidden fees to it

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

we agree on the price, set the date for the first cleaning. from then the client decides if he or she want to continue with the regular service

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

everything i know about house cleaning was passed on to me by my grandmother. Back when i was a litlle girl in the litlle village in Poland, i was thought the importance of cleaniness

How did you get started doing this type of work?

i started this work 15 years ago when i came to this country, and stayed with it because i enjoy it

What types of customers have you worked with?

i think all kinds of people, some more or less picky

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

i cleaned a 1000square foot home in over 5 hours. At the end of the day, the lady called me, said that never in her life she had more beautiful home until today.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

just go with your gut, there are a lot of pros out there , you have to try until you find a perfect match for yourself

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

i dont think you need to think this through, if you are looking through cleaning services, means you are ready to hire one. i think , do it give it a try and you may find yourself never wanting to clean your house by yourself again
