I provided a move-in clean for a client who had issues of marks on one particular room and on doors that she may have to change. I spent the majority of the day scrubbing off the magic marker, ink stains and other marks that were visible. After everything was nicely cleaned she was very impressed that she didn't have to paint anything or change out doors that were marked up. Update: As of 12/4/2023 My assistant and I have completed a job that required tons of cleaning! My first reaction walking into this mess was challenging! Once into the cleaning process the overall cleaning turned into successful result! It was time consuming but overall a rewarding experience!
