What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is mainly customizable to the customer. Every client and their home is different. We like to work with the clients budgets and really know their needs before giving a price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We love to meet our new customers and get to know them a little more! We process estimates and provide quotes in person. We contact the customer and schedule a day for a walk through. That way we get to know your home and the new customer! Once it’s a go, we schedule your first clean and decide how many times a month the client will want a cleaning done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have 10 years in experience in the area, from managing to cleaning.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Ana- one of the owners. Grew up with a mom that was also an entrepreneur and had her own cleaning business. This is where it started for Ana. Learning customer service, how to clean, and how to price jobs. It was many years of experience right from home! Silvia- the other owner, migrated here from Brazil looking to fulfill the American dream. She is a hard worker that realized she could bring so much value in having her own cleaning company and also working in the cleaning industry. After working in many other jobs, she finally decided to open something for her own and show everyone what she’s got!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with numerous customers! We work with contractors that want to provide a clean home for the homeowner. We have worked with realtors that are helping someone sell or look for their forever home. We’ve worked with our most in demand customers- those that want a clean space for themselves and their family.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We know how important your home is. It’s your sanctuary, a place of history and memories, a place where you go for safety. That’s why it is even more important to look for a cleaning company that takes that into accountability and cannot only provide a magnificent clean but can also take care of your home like it’s theirs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are they reliable? Who are their owners? What is their message/goal? Do I feel comfortable with them?
