What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For new customers, I always like to go to their houses and discuss the service required with the client. This way, the client can show me the home, the additional services desired. Often if the client has not to use house cleaning services before, the first visit is charge by the hour.

I started work as housecleaner for a small company about ten years ago. Over the years, I had the opportunity to develop a great set of skills and grow the business. As part of the professional development, I decided to start this new journey open my own business.
