Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently a family client with four children at home called us asking for a regular cleaning, but when we arrived at her house and after she showed us everything she would like us to do, we realized that it was not just about cleaning, as there were many things out of place, clothes in every corner of the house and that did not fit for her children anymore. We suggested to her that before cleaning we would have to organize things and try to eliminate the clothes they no longer wore , we explained to her that things accumulated in the corners of the house are used to gather dust and are always dirty , you clean around things that are dirty but the dirty is still there, it's exhausting work because you never see the results, it's frustrating to spend our money like that. So we made a deal after having budgeted the cost of our services. It took two days to organize everything and eight hours of deep cleaning , finally we left her house clean and organized!!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hiring someone to come in and clean or other services in your home means inviting someone new inside your space. To that end, you want to make sure the house cleaning you hire can be trusted. Ask where you can find references from past customers. Some will have them on websites, others can be found on professional customer review websites, or you can also call the old customers and ask for references.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
