I’ll ask about the size of the space, the type of cleaning required, and any special requests or concerns. After that, I provide a clear and detailed estimate based on the scope of work. Once we agree on the details, I schedule a time that’s convenient for the customer. On the day of the cleaning, I show up on time, with all the necessary supplies, and complete the work to the highest standard. Afterward, I check in with the customer to make sure they’re happy with the results and to address any feedback or follow-up needs.
