What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

It's base on the job and what the client request. I recommend 1st time cleaning to be a deep cleaning to start. That could be a little extra as we usually take a long time to get the job done at perfection.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I usually ask them if I can see their home first for a estimate. I'm happy to travel to their home to meet them and get to know their preferences and thoughts how they want their homes to be clean and meet their expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Before I start my own cleaning business I worked for 3 big companies for many years, they are well known in the area. I learned a lot with them.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My mom trained me. She is in the business for 22 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All multicultural and nationalities.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have many clients most of them still my clients until this day for 12 years.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire someone you can trust and feel comfortable around them and feel peace to welcome in your home. Be patient in the beginning. Give feed back to improve their ability to know how you like things done.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure u know what u expect and share with the cleaner. Ask about the cleaning supplies. How can I pay you? We love a good communication between the client and the house cleaner.
