the client can ask me questions about me and whenever I can I will answer and clarify any doubts about myself.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

working with new clients is always challenging, after scheduling we make visits to see the house and clean it, at this time we get to know the tastes of the clients and become familiar with the house, facilitating the work inside it .

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In Brazil I worked for 6 years in the same family home and recently I worked for myself with sales of açaí a kind of luck with a different flavor for those who do not know açaí and typical of Amazonas and Paraná, the indigenous people also use it a lot to make a drink .

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Here in America I already did some kind of work, I arrived and went to work in a hotel, I worked cleaning schools in the early hours and then I worked for 6 months in a restaurant and on my two days off I was going to help with cleaning houses and I ended up discovering that it was better to work for myself.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with very capricious clients and also other very messy ones, some with animals, others don't and some make our work much easier, leaving the house organized for us to arrive and simply do our job, but I manage to work with each one of them and we always understand each other and we come to an agreement.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I really like to make my customers happy, but I love it when I do a first deep cleaning, these days we did one that had not done a good cleaning for some time, we cleaned everything, we washed the bathroom very well, the kitchen cabinets were very dirty and after cleaning it was satisfying to see the result and the joy of our customers is our joy too.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
