What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

They should know that my prices are according their necessities, it could be like as a deep cleaning and regular cleaning. Most of the time, I recommend them the deep cleaning first because in that way when I do the regular cleaning it is easier to maintain the place neat and sparkling. Services on additional cost are: inside of the refrigerator, oven, windows.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When I start to work with a new customer, I tried to make hm or her to be comfortable with me and make sure that they can let me know any questions or concerns about what they expect from my job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Well, even though I am a woman and I am the one who cleans my place clean, we never end to learn something new about cleaning. Besides, I believe even though this job is hard to have good equipment and good supplies for cleaning do our job easier and more efficient.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started to doing this type of work because I enjoy it, besides as an owner I would like to give the opportunity to hire people and all together we can build a big company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have been working with all types of customers, like American, people from Indian,Latins.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My last project it was very interesting because this apartment is on construction and the lanlord decided to hire my company to clean it and make it sparkling and neat for his new tenants.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My best advice is to understand that our job is hard, and we should respect each other our expectations.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should be specific what they expect about our services, besides if in the end of their project they are not satisfied, they should tell us about, so we can fix it. Communication is the key for a successful relationship.
