What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

It is hard to set a standard price for cleaning . It all depends on a variety of variables. How big an area? How much clutter. Lots of cleaning, basic cleaning, additional services such as Windows, appliances, etc. Without seeing location. So all prices quoted are negotiable and no guarantee without seeing location

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Before the Covid-19 I liked to go to location. Meet and greet and give a free estimate. That has all changed. However, with technology and enough experience to guesstimate and for the most part pretty close to cost. There’s FaceTime and photos to see the cleaning project too.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have several years experience . References available upon request. Also, insured and bonded. we also do background checks as well

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started cleaning cabins for extra money. I then fell into vacation homes and now residential as well. I found a demand and got good comments so I decided to provide the service.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Vacation home owners, Seasonal cabin rentals, residential owners . Commercial cleaning, organizing, dirty basement cleaning, move in/out cleaning, windows, post construction, and more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I clean a large 3 story 7 bedroom home in the mountains. Very peaceful and beautiful. I take pride in the quality of work and within reasonable time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you are paying for a good service . Are you spending high $ on "how big a company" is or a small business that was started with 2 moms and a mop Believing in good detail and quality not quantity. When requesting services, be specific and if you think of something else call the service and discuss with them right away so they can be prepared or if there is any additional charges.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How many bedrooms? Bathrooms? Pets? How many floors. Is there a lot of clutter? What type of flooring needs to be cleaned. What additional services, if any, do you need. What kind of cleaning g are you looking for ?
