What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I strictly charge by the job. When I complete the walk though of your home and you receive my estimate. You will know what the amount will be and what services I will complete before we start.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initially I like to set up a walk through. This allows me to tour your home, get an idea of how long I think the initial cleaning will take so I can prepare for the remainder of my day. (Other cleans). Most importantly it gives me an opportunity to meet you face to face also meet any animals in the home. We will discuss your needs and wants. How often you would like services. I will then work up an estimate sending it right to your cell phone. You can accept the estimate if you’d like to continue and we will schedule services from there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been cleaning for 15+ years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always enjoyed providing a Fresh and clean space. After being a stay at home mom for 3 years, I found cleaning allowed me to get up and move around while also helping other families maintain a cleanly home.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Young, older, specific and more laid back. Everyone is their own person and lives a different life. You deserve to have your home serviced to fit your needs. I’m happy to work with you and make that happen. ❤️

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

ASK QUESTIONS! Every single house or company is different, it’s important to ask about specific services you want completed. Be honest with what your expecting and I will give you nothing but the best!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

My advice is to make a list. Make a list before the walk through so as we tour your home, if I don’t cover what’s on your list we can tweak from there based on your wants and needs
