What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I price homes at the going rate of $25 per hour and businesses at $35 per hour.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will supply all necessary information to makes sure we are on the same page. We will discuss details of what the job consists of, this tailors to the needs of the client. I will then arrange to visit the job site and meet and greet with necessary personnel. At this time, I suggest a walk through of the job site and make notes of needed tasks shown to me. All questions will be answered at this time and a contract will be made shortly thereafter.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have cleaned both residentially and commercially for 9 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was a stay at home mom and when all my kids were in school all day I decided I still wished to care for the needs of others all day. So I started a cleaning business that would allow me to fulfill that desire. This also allowed me to be home with my kids once my kids returned home from school and I could clean commercially once my husband was home and my kids were in bed.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked for families with and without children, single individuals, the elderly and varied businesses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Any work given to me that I know will make the clients way of life easier for them is satisfying to me.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the provider is the right fit for you. Never be shy in asking questions or setting up face to face meetings. It’s your residence/business and you deserve the right fit.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What in detail would I like to be cleaned? How frequent would I like the cleaning? When would I like the cleaning done? How much am I willing to pay? Will supplies be provided by yourself or the employed? What type of person am I willing to employ to trust to care for my home or business?
