I always offer discounts to recurring customers and a referral program too! Our service prices include taxes

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I contact the client to find out their needs exactly. When I arrive we go over exactly what changes they would like to see. I make a suggestions based on input. They either agree or disagree and I go from there. I give them exactly what they want. Some clients even write down exactly what they want me to put emphasis on.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

House cleaning has always been a passion of mine. I’m a bit of a protectionist, and enjoy clean uncluttered spaces! I find joy in being able to provide that to my clients. Business continued to grow and in 2018 we became Revive Housekeeping! We believe in taking care of our providers, so they are compelled to take care of our clients! The owner started in 2018 as a silo cleaner, taking pride in her work, word of mouth quickly traveled and a business was born! We love working with our residential and Airbnb customers. Some who live locally and some we’ve never met in person!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have seen a major increase in move out and move in cleaning. There is nothing like walking into your new home, a spotless fresh start! We have several post construction cleans that we have done recently, averaging around 6 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Read the reviews. If a business has a majority of good, verified reviews it speaks volumes. Most people are more likely to post bad reviews than good. So if they are highly rated it means the customers were extremely happy with the service. Chat with the provider, you can tell the kind of person you are dealing with if you listen actively.
