What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Cleaning Bees is family-owned and operated top of the line cleaning service. Since opening in 2003, we treated every customer like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services come with a personal touch. We work with our clients budget and find the best way to tackle their cleaning request. From cleaning from top to bottom to cleaning certain rooms on rotation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our Estimate you receive is base off our avg homes we cleaning on a regular recurring cleaning. Not every home is the same and some clients have special requests. We prefer the first cleaning to be a deep cleaning so we may follow up on the recurring cleaning schedule . When you contact us we will get all the information needed and schedule a time to meet with you to review you home and provide you with a price for the first deep cleaning and then a price for you recurring cleaning.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been cleaning homes for over 18 years and have worked with many cleaning product to find best to do the job. My team have been trained by me and have the skills to get the job done right the first time.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Work for a Franchise and seen the turn over rate with clients and employees , I new I could make a difference for clients and the employee . We have over 73 client that have stay with us for over 7 years and same with our employees.

What types of customers have you worked with?

From young to old. From small home900sf to large home 5000sf.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The first Deep cleaning is our specialty , When cleaning is done, Our new client are so surprised that they don't realize that their home could smell as fresh and clean.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

1. Company be insured and bonded. You might not think it might happens but if they hurt themselves you could be responsible and could go after your home owner insurance . Accident sometimes happen and insured companies coverage breakage. 2. The Cheaper price is not all ways the best Cleaning price. Apples to Apples is hard to compare with a individual person cleaning to a company that has individual working for them. 3. Can the cleaning person/company stick with your cleaning schedule and times. Once you start seeing different crews in you home your not get the best cleaning you are paying for. 4. Ask to see if you can contact any of their cleaning clients.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1. Budget for cleaning. This will cut to the chase on finding out what we quote for cleaning is not in the Budget. We will do are best to find the best way to cleaning you home with what you have to budget. 2. Make a detailed list of rooms that you want cleaned. Then prioritize rooms that needed more attention to. This will help determine on how to best clean you home.
