What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Many times, the cost of the first cleaning is a little more expensive, since in most houses, the first cleaning requires too much work, the cleaning is more detailed, once the first cleaning is done we set a cheaper rate for our clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, the type of cleaning that the client needs must be made clear, especially the areas of the house that need to be cleaned. It is also important that the client let us know if they have any special instructions for cleaning, then a price can be set and convenient time for our clients.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

From many years of experience that we have, we have learned everything about to use cleaning products and how to clean. Cleaning requires teamwork, organization and above all, working carefully.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As I already said, we started a cleaning company with solid foundations, that's where it all started.

We have worked for all types of families and clients around the Twin Cities.

We have been working for a cleaning company. We are currently seeking independence and growing our client portfolio.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I could advise them to always make their expectations clear about the service they expect, communication would be essential to provide a good service.
