No need for a full walk through, we like to have a short phone consultation. Most quotes can be completed during the consultation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

All new clients are provided an agreed upon project scope. We will provide a checklist, that way all parties are fully aware of the work being done. After the initial cleaning, we like to do a walk through with the customer to assure satisfaction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

6+ years of professional cleaning and maintenance experience. Both residential and commercial.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was offered an opportunity to care for a new build luxury condo and live onsite. That was my introduction to the industry, and who knew I would enjoy it. Also, that opportunity paved the way for further opportunities in the cleaning and maintenance space.

We recently completed a condo move out clean. The job took 6 man hours and the condo was move in ready spotless once done.

Expectations. If both parties and set and agree to a solid set of expectations the working relationship will be beautiful.
