Upon acquiring a new client, we will promptly contact them to validate all information and ensure accurate pricing. Upon mutual agreement on the pricing, we will proceed to secure a deposit to confirm the cleaning reservation. Subsequently, we will schedule the cleaning based on the client's preferred date and time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We conduct weekly training sessions for our team members to proactively prevent any damages for our valued clients. Additionally, we have a meticulous checklist that they diligently follow during each cleaning session.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

SHINENOS is owned and operated by a local family based in Plymouth. With a background in the industry, they have transitioned from working for others to introducing a fresh perspective to the cleaning sector.
