What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

1. Cost of service is based on type of service and square footage of home. 2. Estimates given by phone can be subject to change until conditions of the home are determined after walkthrough. 3. There will be a cancellation fee of $50 on any service canceled 24hrs before scheduled time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Define service best suited for clients home. 2. Provide estimate for the service being provided. 3. Received clients information and create file on system. 4. Confirm visit through message. 5. Follow up with a remainder an hr before time determined.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

1. Fifteen years of residential cleaning experience. 2. OSHA Safety Certified. 3. Small Business Administration Certified.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please consider the following before our team arrives: 1. Clear up all areas including, floors, carpets, surfaces. 2. For safety reasons, we recommend that household members avoid areas that are being worked on while service is being provided. 3. Before service is started, let us know which areas you'd like prioritize or make us aware of any changes. 4. If you proffered for us to use your own cleaning supplies/vacuum, please let us know ahead of time.
