What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer great discounts when you book recurring appointments with us. Our prices are very reasonable with satisfaction guarantee. Monthly appointments are 10% off, biweekly appointments are 15% off, and weekly appointments are 20% off.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our professional cleaners will greet you with a smile upon meeting you. They will walk the home or business with you while you reinforce any important areas to them. After completion of the job the cleaner will present and go over with you a thorough checklist of everything done in the home or business, to ensure your utmost satisfaction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our cleaners take certification classes to ensure best practices are used in your home. They follow the rules to ensure that the work is done in the correct way, in addition to taking weekly training on how to improve cleaning practices and offer good customer service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We are a family business. I studied business administration and my sister has a lot of experience cleaning houses.

We have worked with all types of clients. We have seen it all and enjoy bringing smiles to your faces.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love all our projects! We get extra gratification from the customers who simply cant move around like they used to and we leave them with a sparkling home and a huge smile on their faces.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I highly recommend as a customer that you make sure that the cleaning company you use is in fact a real business with insurance, guidelines.

Think about how often you would like the service to take place. Also try to be flexible with dates and hours of work.
