What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I get all needed info, then request a meeting and walkthrough of the home, I then get the quote ready and send to the customer, we then schedule their cleaning.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I don’t have any certificates but I’ve been cleaning all my life and make sure we all go through online training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started the business for many reasons. I love helping others, I wanted to provide a stable job for my daughter and sister, and I absolutely love to clean.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types, moms, dads, elderly, veterans, professionals, real estate agents, and more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a home for an elderly man who can’t get around very well anymore. The ending result and seeing him happy made it all worth it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find a reputable company who is licensed, bonded, and insured. There are so many fly by night cleaning businesses, you have to be careful. I’ve heard so many bad stories about FBN cleaners.
