We set out to create a service that would provide families in Wake County with a seamless cleaning experience. In addition, our unique hourly model provides both full flexibility and affordability. Want a standard clean? Or a deep clean? A fridge, oven, shutters or windows? We do it all at the same hourly rate of $50/hr (minimum of 3 hrs). This keeps your bookings with us super simple and easy to budget. Rescheduling is always free (except within 24 hrs of the cleaning, we charge $50 cancellation fee). Working as local pastors in the area, we founded Tulip Cleaners on Christian values of honesty, integrity and hard work. We only offer a Basic, Standard and Deep Cleaning of inhabited houses. NOT AVAILABLE: move out, post construction, airbnb or one time services. With more than 18 years cleaning experience and 13 yrs professional cleaning experience , I knew at an early age that cleaning was my passion. My focus is quality, never cutting corners, taking the time to make sure every home is left up to my standards is most important to me. I pride myself in my patience and dedication that I put into all cleanings. We use up to date health agency guidelines to be sure our procedures limit the spread of germs and viruses. These procedures include using EPA- approved cleaning agents to disinfect high touch areas and safety measures for all employees and clients. I make my prices fair according to the job and the quality of cleaning supplies and service that we provide to client. My prices are normally accurate to estimate that is shown for my company on Thumbtack unless it’s much larger homes , then I adjust price accordingly. So please if the estimate that shows up is already not within budget for you then more than likely my company would not be a good fit. This is why my prices are listed so that customers have a accurate idea of how much the type of cleaning they need would cost before reaching out to us. The first question I will ask is the sq footage of home as we have no way of knowing this until I ask, being that I only am able to see number of bedrooms and baths and add ons. This plays a very important part in the estimate because size of home matters. We do not charge by the hour but more so by the details of the job and condition of home or business that we will be cleaning. Please note that Deep cleaning is normally required for first time cleaning IF the home hasn’t been professionally cleaned or kept up on a regular basis so please be mindful of this with the type of cleaning requested because I will ask questions to make sure that standard cleaning is possible for first or one time cleaning if this is requested . Please remember that being completely transparent with all details when I ask is very important so that me and customer are on the same page so that I can provide most accurate estimate as possible. Also, we do not do cleanings that consist of just one or two rooms total in a entire home. If you only need 1 or 2 rooms total in your home then we would not be the company for you. We will take on partial home cleanings but not to come out to do one or two rooms. Hopefully with this summary of our services then you are able to decide if all works for you.
