Own equipment and cleaning supplies. NOT SAME DAY CLEANING. If you are planning a cleaning and It won’t happen within a month, do not pick me as a cleaner. I just set visits if they are scheduled in one or two weeks. The estimated prices are posted when you pick me as pro then the price I’m going to give you is similar to the price posted. THIS APP CHARGES ME FOR EVERY PERSON WHO PICK ME, THEN IF YOU ARE JUST LOOKING UP FOR PRICES, DONT PICK ME PLEASE I don’t wash carpets or get rid of stains on them, I just vacuum carpets and my equipment just removes dust or small things on it. I don’t clean walls, garages ceilings and I don’t take out junk such as furniture, large amounts of garbage, or big unwanted items. I don’t do laundry, folding or organizing. I do move in/out cleanings (EMPTY HOUSES). Keep in mind, a move in/out cleaning and a post construction cleaning are two different type of cleanings. if you are moving out/in and your house was remodeled, painted or fixed, then you need both services, and price will be higher than a move out/in cleaning price.
