What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process for client inquiries is to contact us to schedule a one on one call to discuss your needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team has over 30 years of industry experience in hospitality, property, development and project/property management.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started in Fix/Flipping real estate properties in 2005 and project management. Specializing in full renovation and repairs, which gives us experience in every aspect of property management, an added plus to our Airbnmeta clients.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with commercial and residential clients, occupied and unoccupied.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project of removing a water damaged floor under the kitchen sink in a doublewide home, replacing it with new plywood and vinyl flooring, after removing the entire sink and countertop and cabinets - the job was completed in 6 hours. The wife and husband were extremely happy and mentioned they could not get anyone else to come out, because they were an hour outside of Charlotte. The husband is a retired military man, he and his wife became another happy customer, and new friends were established! We thanked him for his many years of service to our country
