I set my prices based on the size of the house, type of the job, how many people live inside the house, etc. Discounts are available after the first cleaning, when you become a regular client. I really care about doing a great job, so you can bet I'll get it right on the first go-round!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When a new customer contacts us, I inquire about details regarding their home and their expectations for the cleaning service. Following this, we engage in a discussion about product preferences, allergies, and any specific tools the client may prefer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been cleaning for many years and I love what I do. I started as a Housekeeper working for some Hotels Companies so my hospitality skills are advanced.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've been cleaning for years and I absolutely love it! Started out as a Housekeeper in a few hotels, so my hospitality game is top-notch.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've mainly worked with clients who have pets and kids. Additionally, I've handled short-term rental properties, lofts, and have experience with move-in/move-out cleaning.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had the pleasure of cleaning a house for a wonderful grandmother eagerly awaiting her granddaughters' Christmas visit. I ensured their room was spotless, their beds perfectly made, and the bathroom completely sanitized. It was a truly special project, and I sent all my best wishes to that grandma, hoping she'd receive her special guests in a beautifully prepared space!

Certify that the professional you're hiring is not only trustworthy but also a diligent worker, showing great respect for your property.
