What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All prices are our minimum service charge for the cleaning request submitted. Final prices are dependent upon actual size, condition, and request.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We love to make this as smooth as possible! Once we receive your request, we will reach out to you to gather more information. If a consultation is needed, we'll schedule a time to come out to your home. Virtual walkthroughs and pictures are acceptable as well.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have nine years experience in the residential cleaning industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always been a clean freak since as far back as I can remember. One day I decided to turn my gift of cleanliness into an actual business. Best decision ever!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with the elderly, single parents, stay at home moms, families, busy professionals, and so many different clients from all walks of life.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always ask for references and check them. Look for online reviews. Make sure you feel comfortable hiring a provider to come into your home.
