Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I am affordable but I do charge based off the services I provide. I do offer discounts for ongoing services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to get to know the customer and see what their needs are. I ask for how I can make life easier for them. My job is to provide the best service along with the best outcome.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I’ve taken course in hospitality management but most of my knowledge came from experience and hands on training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have worked in hotels off and on since 2005. I left the industry to become a stay at home mom. After doing that for 2 years, I missed the freedom of going to work. During the height of the pandemic I decided to switch fields and became a patient access coordinator. Although it was an easy job, I wasn’t fulfilled. I missed cleaning and with what’s going on I know how important it is to keep clean and disinfected

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with people from like a work from home mom who’s husband was deployed, to the busy single mom who just needed a helping hand. I’ve worked with seniors who just haven’t been physically capable of keeping up with the housework. I accommodate all walks of life.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure to ask questions, be clear on pricing, the services provided and that there is great report. Having great results are good but combining that with great customer services makes it even better.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
You want have an idea what works best for you. You also want to be open minded to receive prominent suggestions if necessary to help make your load lighter.
