Introduction

We started Tulip Cleaners with the knowledge that we, our friends and our family all had a very hard time finding professional, reliable and affordable cleaners. We set out to create a service that would provide families in Wake County with a seamless cleaning experience. We value professionalism, providing our clients with cleaners who work hard, are all personally trained, fully background checked and equipped. We also value swift communication, responding to calls and messages within 24 hours, and ensuring prompt quotes and replies. In addition, our unique hourly model provides both full flexibility and affordability. Want a standard clean? Or a deep clean? A fridge, oven, shutters or windows? We do it all at the same hourly rate of $50/hr (minimum of 3 hrs). This keeps your bookings with us super simple and easy to budget. Rescheduling is always free (except within 24 hrs of the cleaning, we charge $50 cancellation fee). Working as local pastors in the area, we founded Tulip Cleaners on Christian values of honesty, integrity and hard work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We price based on the hour. This simplifies the process and also lets you easily let us know extra cleaning requests you want done in your home. Select the estimated hours you think it will take a cleaner to clean your home and the price is shown instantly on the website. We don’t charge you until after the cleaning is done and verifying the exact number of hours the cleaner was in your home.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, please let us know in the comment box when booking what else you specifically want done. Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively, you can give us a call if there are any issues at all.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We rigorously vet all of our cleaners. We hire less than 3% of cleaners we screen. We are a licensed and insured business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started this business because our friends and family all had a difficult time finding experienced, honest, and punctual cleaners for themselves, so our standards are high. We work as pastors in the area. We work diligently to provide our cleaning clients with the best experience, from communication to the actual cleaning.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently cleaned a home in Cary for the first time. The client was incredibly hospitable and we were able to clean her beautiful home in 4 hours. We both had such a good experience, that she's referred us to her neighbors and now we're cleaning multiple beautiful homes in the same neighborhood. This is what we're all about!
