Thank you for considering our services. I have 5+ years of experience managing , cleaning, maintenancing, and rehabbing houses and apartments. I had a short term rental company that I ran for 5 years which my staff and I personally cleaned, maintained, and remodeled 5 one bedroom apartments and 2 houses which I ran as short term rentals. I have since sold those units and now my fiancé and I are providing our services to those in the area who need them. I charge by the hour, $40-$90 an hour depending on the project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new customer, I like to ask several questions. 1. What is the type of work you are looking to get done 2. When would you need the work done by 3. What is your budget for a project like this 4. Walk them through the agreement to work with my company. 55

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was trained by expert insulation installers with 10 years + doing that type of work. For any other field or area of expertise, I learned through experience and through watch many YouTube videos. If there is a job that I am unsure of or that I might need some help, I will call my list of sub contractors to come and help.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My company was contracted to install insulation in a a few houses in a new D.R. Horton neighborhood.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with anyone from professional home builders to homeowners in the local community.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I helped install wall insulation in a new construction home in a D.R. Horton Neighborhood. It took around 7 hours with a team of 3 including myself.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they have experience and that they can provide a clear explanation of what they plan on doing, and make sure that the customer’s expectations are met.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure to consider if this is the only project that you need done, because I talented in many areas and I can get multiple different projects done while I am here, and I have the tools to do it!
