What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

It typically depends on square foot of the home and how often the client needs cleaning.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We usually correspond over the phone or through messaging to set up a first time clean, or if the client prefers, me to come out to the home to meet and explain everything to be done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in this profession my whole life! From working with a professional cleaning company, to owning my on business, and to only recruit the very best to stand beside me working!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Cleaning has been a passion of mine since i was a young girl. I started working with a cleaning company and from there i started my own business!

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of customers. Those that want weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, occasional, and one time cleanings.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I went to clean a very nice lady in which i met through Thumbtack, and she was in dire need of a clean. We spent the entire day scrubbing, from bathrooms to floors and when we left she was almost in tears and later contacted me twice more to thank us and to say how thankful she was that she chose us!! That touched me, and is why i am in this business!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Never hire because you are looking for the lowest price. go with your gut on who you think would be the best! Remember, some people with minimal experience will quote very low, or some will quote and send others to your home. Also remember, no one will take care or put the time and great effort into their work like the owner. And, if within reason, i would gladly consider matching another quote!
