They should know about extra stuff, like cleaning inside refrigerators, inside cabinets has extra fee. We give discounts for recommendations other clients, etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we do a deep cleaning and then regular cleaning.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I always love cleaning my own house, and I got a lot experience working as a helper and then cleaning with my own houses.

I started as a solo cleaner in 2006. About 2010 I hired a helper, now I have two helpers.
