What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Well I mainly charge flat fee for the project but anything like special requests or deep cleaning will be a little more and I will always inform them on that before I do any job I will always discuss what I do I’m firm but I also do an amazing job so it’s worth every penny being spent.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I always like to introduce myself get to know the person because after all I’m in their residence and want them to trust and feel safe that letting me do the job is not the wrong choice.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in the cleaning industry for well over 20 years and been thru numerous trainings in my years of doing this line of work.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing this kind of work because I did it for many years growing up working for different maintenance and cleaning companies and I enjoyed it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have been lucky and blessed to have amazing customers who appreciate my work and what I do for their home.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

All my jobs and all my work I do is fun and this is what I enjoy doing I love putting a smile on peoples face and glad to see I can enlighten there day for them and my jobs are usually 4 hours but also depends on project and size.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would tell everyone make sure you hire someone that’s gonna get the job done according to what you want done not everything cheaper is always worth it and to ask question I would tell them to clarify any and everything that’s gonna be done in that cleaning project.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I would always say price mainly and what’s including in the service that’s gonna be done and just ask questions for anything you’re not sure about.
