What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The first time I charge per hour because is te first time cleaning there and it’s a deep clean. And also about the pricing I prefer to see the place first so I can give the customer a price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first thing I do is contact with the client as quickly as possible so that the client expresses everything he needs and can help him.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have work of cleaning for years and know what to do in each of them

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started to work in a hotel and helping my friends with their company company of cleaning too.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with old people, people with peds and without, I don’t really mind with what type of customers they are.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The last project we did was move out a move in a residential, I loved the reaction of the client to see the final result🥰

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We work hard and provide good costumer service and of course good cleaning 🧽

They should ask for prices,schedule availability they should be clean specific, what type of cleaning they needed etc...
