Introduction
My journey into the world of cleaning began in a simple way, but with a very big purpose. Ever since I was little, I have always been the one in the house who took care of the organization and cleaning. For me, it wasn’t just about tidying up – it was about creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for my family. I saw how a clean home could bring peace and tranquility, and that feeling has stayed with me over the years. After a few years working in conventional jobs, I realized that my true desire was to have my own business, something that would allow me to not only be my own boss, but also offer a service that would make a difference in people’s lives. That’s when I decided to open my small residential cleaning business, Nathalia Silva Cleaning Services. For me, owning a small business means treating each client uniquely and personally, putting my heart into every service I perform. From the beginning, my focus has been on providing a quality service, with a special touch of care. I don’t see my work as something mechanical, but as an opportunity to transform someone’s home into an even more welcoming and safe home. My small business is a reflection of my dedication and love for what I do. Every client I serve becomes part of my story, which is why I work so hard to provide a service that makes a difference. For me, it’s more than just cleaning; it’s creating spaces that bring comfort, peace and, of course, happiness.
