Pricing will vary depending on the condition of the job site & any special requests made.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The typical process is to first complete an in-person consultation to determine cleaning needs and provide a quote same day. Once the consultation is completed we can then proceed with scheduling a time and date that works for the customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

10+ years of custodial experience in public schools & commercial cleaning. Obtained Low Pressure Boilers License.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began working in public schools then proceeded with commercial and home cleanings with the opening of Red Guild Cleaning Services.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a range of customers including public schools, laundromats, residential homes, and other commercial buildings.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently stripped and waxed the floors of a family owned laundromat. Owners were very happy with the results and how we were able to accommodate their timing needs (worked overnight). Only took roughly 3-4 hours including set up and cleanup.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would recommend being honest with the service needs to ensure all pricing is accurate and estimates are not outside of scope of work or budget.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask yourself what detailed needs you are looking for. Keep all valuables out of the job site to ensure there are no damages during cleaning. Ensure jobsite is in a workable condition.
