What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is generally by hour of services needed. Discounts are provided for continuous service. Cancellation fees: 50% of cleaning estimate if services booked then cancelled on day of service. $60 cancellation fee if service booked then cancelled within 48 hours of service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A quick Q & A to see exactly what the customer is looking for. We provide an estimate and if the customer is happy with our pricing we will schedule for the work to be completed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our staff has decades of experience in janitorial work, home cleaning, maid services, or in the trade fields.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Was disappointed by the service I was provided for cleaning my own home and knew that we could offer a better service at more attractive rates.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with celebrities and politicians but we prefer to work with people of our community. There is nothing better then leaving a customer with a clean home that they can enjoy with their family.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently performing a post construction clean for a small dentist office. They had to meet a deadline and we were able to get the service completed at a fair rate so they could open their business the next day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Customers should always ask if the company is both bonded and insured. Accidents happen. Without being bonded and insured the homeowner could be liable to any injuries occurred by hiring a cleaning company that is not bonded or insured.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What type of cleaning they are looking for. Deep cleaning, standard cleaning, or post construction. Generally most homes a standard cleaning is appropriate. If a home has not been professionally cleaned in 45 days or more a deep clean may be required to ensure your homes cleanliness.
