We do not charge by the hour rather by the number of Bedrooms and Bathrooms.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We explain the reason of our pricing and what the cleaning service they want includes. We ask if they have a vaccum and if the cleaning lady can use it as to not burned her with to much to carry to the clients home. We also check in with the client a day before the cleaning appointment to make sure everything is good to go. We also check in during the cleaning to make sure everything is going well.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started doing this type of work from a family member and it caught my interest in starting up my own company for cleaning services.

I've worked with all types of customers such as older people, young people, people with animals, as well as families with babies.

Advice I would give a customer looking to hire a provider in my area is to make sure everything is done well and that nothing has been broken or left unclean.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should think about how long it will take, if there is a cancelation fee for day of appointment cancelation, if there are any addons or does the price include everything.
