What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our rates are fair and competitive with the surrounding service providers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I would discuss their needs, get a feel for the size of their house and schedule a cleaning if they choose to. On some occasions they request that I come take a look at their home and meet with them prior to scheduling the cleaning, but ultimately I am not the one who comes to do the cleaning and we have an hourly rate so the final price depends on the amount of time it takes the crew to do what the client wishes to have done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have had no special training or education for what I do. I have always had a niche for cleaning since I was a small child. I took some college courses in accounting and the rest I have learned as I have went along and made progress.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always had a bit of a cumpulsion when it comes to cleaning. I worked for a company for about a year and decided that it was a perfect feild for me to get into. So I just decided to start my own company and that was three years ago.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We do residential house cleaning. Most of our jobs are on a bi-weekly schedule. However we do also offer weekly and every 4 week schedules as well.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The cost of the cleaning is based on an hourly rate. To keep the expense down they should consider a regular schedule as to not have excessive accumulation.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I do my best to satisfy every customers individual needs.
