What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

That’s depends a lot how often they ask for our services. Usually one and twice a week better prices than one a month.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Free estimates I like to meet my future new customers,speak with them ask some questions about what’s to be done, discuss about it. When the ask I give then some advice about the way we do, what liquid we use. We give then their schedule priority and least but not the last we get an agreement on the payment. Then we’re ready to go!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’m taking right now the OSHA clases.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I had started doing babysitting, then my customer Mrs Mellisa ask me if I’ll like to help them cleaning her home I said of course After I did the job she was amazed the way I did and She recommended us her Family & Friends. That’s were everything begun!

What types of customers have you worked with?

More of them are Families with kids, newly married and some singles also.!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

It was one bedroom apartment, kitchen,Living room,2 Bathrooms and basement for the first cleaning. Was such a nice experience because the owner were there and treat us really well. Developing the job took us 3 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My first advice will be, now with the technology and apps take a look out reviews.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Be concern about it. Deep cleaning it’s usually what I do on the first cleaning. Which includes oven,fridge,inside fridge,underneath the carpet and bed Removing sofa&tables. And obviously this kind of work has a higher cost. After that will continue with a light cleaning each week or two depending how the customer ask for. This job it’s a lower cost.
