What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We try to keep our pricing fair and straightforward. Every home is different, so we usually give a free estimate after learning what you need. We don’t charge any surprise fees, and we’re always up front. We do offer discounts for recurring cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), and we try our best to work within your budget

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we usually start with a quick phone call or message to understand what you need. Then we’ll either give you a quote based on that, or set up a time to come take a look. Once we agree on everything, we schedule the cleaning and show up on time ready to get to work. We always check in after the first visit to make sure you’re happy with the results.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Most of our training comes from hands-on experience. Over the years, I’ve learned the best techniques, products, and routines that actually work in real homes. I also stay updated on new cleaning methods and safe, effective products to use in different spaces.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started cleaning for a few people part-time just to help out — and it grew from there. I realized I really enjoyed the work and loved the feeling of leaving a space better than I found it. Eventually, I decided to take the leap and turn it into a full-time business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with busy families, elderly folks who need a little help, young professionals, landlords, and even people preparing for a move. Everyone’s needs are different, and we do our best to adapt to each home and situation.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently helped a family get their home ready before a big holiday gathering. It was a full deep clean — kitchen, bathrooms, baseboards, everything. It took most of the day, but seeing how happy and relaxed they felt afterward made it all worth it. That’s the kind of thing we love to be a part of.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the company is reliable and communicates clearly. It’s important to find someone you feel comfortable with — after all, you’re letting them into your home. Don’t be afraid to ask questions or explain exactly what you need. A good cleaner will listen and work with you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Think about what areas of your home you really want help with, how often you want cleanings, and if there are any products you prefer we use (or avoid). Also, it’s helpful to be upfront about pets, special requests, or any areas you want us to focus extra attention on.
