Introduction

We do a thorough deep clean every time. We use color coded cloths so the rags used in the bathrooms are not used anywhere else. Our vacuum is a HEPA 4 filter backpack model that cleans the air in the home as we vacuum. This prevents cross contamination in your home. And for recurring service you get the same team every time. Our cleaners are owner operators who have invested in buying a cleaning franchise and are committed to providing the highest level of service. We dust, we vacuum, we mop, we clean the stove, the microwave, wipe down all surfaces. We enjoy making people happy by giving them a home as clean as it looks. Our teams are business owners who establish relationships with their customers and take pride in their work. Most of our customers come to us from referrals of existing customers.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
For initial or one time cleans we charge $85 an hour for a two-person team. For recurring cleans we charge less and the price is based on the square feet of the home.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We give a free estimate first so customers will know exactly how much the service will cost. We are very transparent about what we do and how we price.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I attended two weeks of training at the Maid Right headquarters in Atlanta to learn how to use all of our cleaning products and supplies. We go into different test homes to learn how to tackle different surfaces and different types of homes. Within our national network we share best practices on cleaning products and attend an annual convention to learn about new products.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I wanted to own a local business with a recurring customer. Customers are happy to see us come to their home and they're even happier at the end of the clean.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with real estate brokers to get homes ready to show, we work with landlords on move-in and move-out cleans and we work with homeowners on recurring cleans. We've also had a few celebrities in the mix which is always fun for the teams.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Our longest clean was an 11 hour move out clean where the customer hadn't finished packing. We helped them pack and clean as well as contract a rubbish removal company to tidy up. There was a tight deadline for the closing and we stayed until 8pm to get an impossible job done.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Ask for references. Any good service provider should have tons of happy customers. Most of our new customers now come by referral from existing customers.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
The biggest issue I see is that the customer isn't realistic regarding their clutter. They tell us during the estimate that they'll tidy the home before we come but usually they run out of time. If every surface in the home is covered there's only so much the cleaner can do.
