What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices are customized to meet the needs of my clients. No two cleaning jobs are the same and I want to make sure that I give you a great price as well as a great cleaning! After having the opportunity to meet with you and see your home or business, I will give you a price based on only what you need. That way you know you're getting the right value and not being overcharged.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I meet with my customers to survey their needs and give them a price. I like to find out about their specific desires in their cleanings and make recommendations if my clients need. From there we will schedule your cleanings and I'll take care of everything from there. You can sit back and relax!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 19 years of experience in professional cleaning!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

a generation of janitors lol I have 7 sisters all 7 are janitors, I usually say it's inheritance

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with both residential and commercial customers but I give everyone the same grade-A service, every time!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

do not hire because we are cheaper , hire someone where you feel safe , cleaning houses may seem easy , verbally speaking , but it requires competence !

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The first thing that I would advise my clients on is about references and identification because just doing a good job is not enough. The client needs to know about the employee's behavior because they are ultimately putting their trust in someone they initially do not know. I want to build personal relationships with all of my customers and have many references and years of satisfied customers. Your trust in me and my cleaning service is paramount and I want to earn it!
