Our pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning you need (standard, deep, move-in/move-out, etc.). We don’t charge hidden fees, and we’ll always give you a clear quote before we start.
We also offer discounts for recurring cleanings (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) and special packages for long-term clients. Since every home is different, we’re happy to customize a price that fits your needs and budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, our process is simple and personal. First, we’ll ask a few quick questions about your home and what kind of cleaning you’re looking for. Then we’ll give you a clear quote—no surprises.
Once we agree on the service and schedule, Marcos and Eduarda (the owners) will personally handle the cleaning. You’ll always know exactly who is coming to your home.
We believe in building trust, so we listen carefully to your needs and make sure every detail is covered. Communication is always open, and we’re here to make your home truly feel like a sweet home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Marcos and Maria have hands-on experience in residential cleaning, having worked together since the beginning of their business, M&M Sweet Cleaning. They continuously update their skills by learning the best cleaning techniques, using safe and effective products, and staying informed about new industry standards to ensure high-quality service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Marcos and Maria started M&M Sweet Cleaning because they wanted to provide a cleaning service that feels personal and trustworthy. They both have a strong passion for creating clean, comfortable homes where families can truly relax and enjoy.
Starting as a small family business, they learned everything hands-on and grew by focusing on quality, attention to detail, and building real relationships with their clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One recent project we’re especially proud of was a deep cleaning for a family preparing to move into a new home. The house needed thorough attention after some renovations, including cleaning floors, windows, kitchen appliances, and bathrooms.
The whole process took about 6 hours, and the family was very happy with the results. It’s always rewarding to help people start fresh in a clean and comfortable space, and this project really showed the care and detail we put into every job.
