What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

You’ve never had a VIP service like this before We want your cleaning service to run as smoothly as possible, so we have developed a foolproof system to ensure your expectations are always met. 1. Consulation Our suggested plan of action is: One of our cleaning professionals will visit your home or commercial space to determine the current state of cleanliness. From there, we will work with you to establish your custom cleaning plan and the number of hours required. We will also discuss any additional services you may benefit from, such initail cleaning. 2. Initial Cleaning Who among us doesn't work better with a plan? At ACTS Cleaning Services, we will provide a detailed work plan to our customers to set a tone and expectation of overall quality and excellence. We have designed a systematic cleaning approach that puts customers first and keeps you pleased with our work. 3. Maintenance Your cleaning plan is now underway and you are a step closer to a beautiful, healthy, safe and clean facility. Our supervisor continuously monitors our cleaning teams to ensure the work plan continues to meet your expectations. We are open to feedback and willing to adjust to suit any additional needs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

ACTS Cleaning Services began with the vision of a young man wanting to make an honest living for his family. A young man who previously was working in jobs whereby he did not feel like his actions were having an impact or that he was not working at his highest potential. When the vision of ACTS Cleaning Services came to life, it came with a desire to help others in a way that would allow them to feel more safe and secure in their different environments, whether it be personal, business, or residential environments. We are not just any cleaning service; we are committed to giving our customers a healthy and safe space without a costly expense. We are committed to high standards of excellence and refuse to compromise our integrity regardless of the situation. We are committed to our customers and our vision to be Always Competent To Serve (ACTS).

We do apartment cleaning for The Loft of Harmony Mills, Starbucks Island apartments, schools, daycare and homes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Doing an emergency cleaning service for an homeowner who had to sell their home and needed a cleaning service. At first, I was wondering about the deadline that we had to meet to get this done. We got the ACTS Team together, and as always, we rally together before every job by saying, Always Competent to Serve ( Our Motto - ACTS). It took us about 3 hours and we had only 4 hours to get the job done. We did it ! I treated them all to dinner the following Saturday❤️

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We urge our clients to take the time to talk and meet with a potential organizer. It is a very personal endeavor to have someone come into your home or office and handle your belongings or sensitive materials. It is important to always feel comfortable and respected.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The customer should have the following list to ask all contractors: 1) Are you licensed? (depending on state you live in) 2) Are you insured or bonded? (General liability etc.) - Show proof of Insurance 3) References from previous customers that you can either talk with or see the work in person ( if possible) 4) Check the Better Business in your area. Sometimes the contractor will have complaints/compliments. If complaints READ THEM!!!! These are just a few I can think of for now.
