What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically, everyone has a different idea of what "clean" looks like or even smells like after the job is done. Therefore, if possible, we would love to have a quick 2-3 minute during the initial booking call to learn about your expectations for the cleaning and what areas might require special attention. We add these details to our booking notes and so the more of these details we have upfront, the better we are at delivering a service that meets and exceeds expectations.

Our owner has received the house cleaning certification by the ISSA

How did you get started doing this type of work?

A love of cleaning and desire to bring that attention to detail and customer care led our owner to start this business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds! We love working with customers that haven’t used a service in a while and want a refresh from trusted professionals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a move out clean of a one bedroom in a luxury apartment building with two cleaners and it took approximately 6-7 labor hours. We were thorough, did fresh laundry, made the unit feel "like new" for the new tenant.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Cleaning is really a "get what you pay for" type of service. We are neither the cheapest nor the highest price. We aim to deliver value at a fair price and screen our cleaners well. Ask about our payment policy, reclean policy and whether they bring a vacuum free of charge. If you are looking to pay the least amount of money possible for a cleaning then expect amateur level quality i.e. no-shows/zero communication, low quality chemicals, and a ton of headaches.

Is this provider bonded / insured? Do the providers have any training and speak English? Do they bring a vacuum and specialized cleaning supplies for different types of surfaces?
