What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. We'll have a quick chat about you and your homes needs. We'll address anything and everything you're looking for in your home cleaning. 2. We'll quote you a flat-rate price, and send you a detailed checklist of everything that will be included in your cleaning. 3. If you like what you hear, we'll get you on our schedule and let you know which of our amazing cleaners will be caring for your home. 4. Now that we know exactly what needs to be done, we'll arrive at your home on-time and get straight to work until your home is returned to its most beautiful state! 5. We'll follow up with you after your cleaning to make sure you are 100% happy with our services. If for any reason you aren't satisfied, we'll come back and re-clean it within 24 hours, at no additional cost to you!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have a total of 20+ years in the cleaning industry. But what truly sets us apart from the rest is that our team is made up of caregivers: Mothers, Home Health Aides, Nannies, Pet Lovers... Cleaning is simply in our nature! And we promise to care for your home just as we care for our own.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Each of our cleaners has a different story, but the morals are all the same: There is just no better feeling than helping someone in need. Cleaning homes just happened be a rewarding experience that brought us all together.

It's hard to choose just one! We take pride in our work, so every home that we clean is a rewarding experience. But we do love the longer cleanings because they double as a workout ;)

It's important to know exactly what you're paying for, so that you know exactly what to expect when you come home. 2. Do they offer a satisfaction guarantee? If you aren't 100% happy with your service, will they come back and make it right? And will that cost you more money? 3. Do they use safe cleaning products? Many cleaning companies use harsh chemicals to get the job done quicker and minimize time spent scrubbing. But the quickest way isn't always the safest!
