We are veteran owned, and offer military discounts. Our fees are structured to give our clients the best price for the best service!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process for working with a new customer is to do a little intake with them to gain an understanding of the specifics of what they need, so that we can be prepared to provide them with a high quality service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As ceo and operations manager, I have an associate's degree in human services, which is a kind of broad term, but I think the term fits my industry well. I am OSHA certified, hard floor care trained, and quality assurance certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I come from a family that has background in a variety of trade and service work. At a young age I cut grass and did different types of cleaning jobs with my dad, and now I have expanded into a broader array of services.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with customers in the areas of move out/move in residential deep cleans, carpet cleaning, live in deep cleaning, pressure washing, lawn care/grass cutting services, commercial and office cleaning, window cleaning, automobile detailing, property management, hard floors and tile scrubs, commercial carpet cleaning, boat detailing, and waste management/valet trash service.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project that I am fond of was a commercial building clean, and carpet clean that we did for one of our customers. Some one had previously wasted hydraulic fluid on the commercial carpet, so the customer was surprised at the fact that we were able to restore it. it took us about 3 hours to clear some trash out of the building, then cleaned the concrete floors which included removing adhesive materials, and cleaned the carpet.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Try to seek out an actual professional instead of some one posing as a company, but are actually only gig workers. In many cases these guys will have cheap prices, but could cost you in the long run because of lack of quality and the possibility of having to hire a pro to come in after them.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should think through what they actually want and need, size, square footage, etc., and specific details of the project so that the pro can give them an accurate price.
