What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We often run specials. We work to make it affordable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First contact, schedule a walk through, schedule a 1st time clean. Really simple.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Business degree. Nursing degree. Both owners have extensive training in cleaning with experience in floor work and cleaning and building inspection. Follows OSHA guidelines, and emphasizes sanitation and disinfection to help stop the spread of infectious disease.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have 2 owners, I personally work as a nurse and am a nut about cleaning and disinfecting and trying to prevent the spread of disease. I have previous commercial cleaning and inspection experience. My husband was a college custodian for over 15 years and has extensive cleaning, training experience, especially with floor work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Commercial accounts: medical & dental offices, social clubs/bars, general office, daycare, dialysis center, surgical center, factories and warehouses. Residential clients as well.

Every project!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don’t just look for the quickest and cheapest cleaner, it’s not always what will get you the detail and quality that is needed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What areas will be cleaned, what qualifies the cleaners, do they have insurance, and when they will be available to do the cleaning.
