Introduction

J&K Professional Cleaning Services was founded in April 2022. After many years in the financial industry, I wanted to pursue a career where I could focus on my clients and not the American dollar. Every client of ours is like family!! Family means I offer what you need…hoping to exceed your expectations. If I meet the expectations, you’re satisfied. But, if I exceed it, I’m happy…and the price doesn’t change. We do have an office in West Chester. We have a company car and a full time employee. We are seeking to expand but are very specific on what our clients must receive. It’s hard. I won’t lie. But if you hire us, I guarantee that we will exceed your expectations or you won’t pay. We are honest, good or bad. You decide. We will work to make you a believer.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are fair and will be flexible depending on the client’s needs. Recurring customers do receive discounts on special occasions, holidays, etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I want to know every expectation of a client before accepting an opportunity. If you set the playing field with your expectations, you give me the chance to exceed that. That’s what I work for without changing the price. I hope you see I love your space as you do.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked for many years cleaning residentially and commercially. I love it but only if the client loves it. I work hard to surpass your expectations.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have worked in the corporate world since 1990. However, I helped my mom with her cleaning business during my college years. I cleaned commercially and personally for five years as a second job to raise my girls and I loved it. I was scared to step out and try but now, I protect my clients at all cost. You trust me, I will honor that at any cost.

What types of customers have you worked with?

So many of my answers have changed over the years. I’ve worked with all types…so many stories. The end is the same…please the client, adjust to their needs, exceed the expectation!! That’s success.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

All of them. Every client, every project gets our immediate attention. I don’t differentiate. If you trust us, I will provide the best quality. If you are not happy, you get your money back. I care about clients, not money.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would recommend starting your focus on what is most important to you. Be specific. What you prefer, is so much different than the next person. We work to please you. Work your way down in matter of importance. That helps us prepare to meet your expectations at a high quality level and exceed your expectations beyond that. Be honest. Everyone is different. I wish I could read your mind, but I work better knowing what you want so I can exceed that expectation.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I’ve changed this answer from when I first started. What is it the client wants? That’s all important. That’s all that matters.
